On Sunday, December 15, the 38-year-old singer made an appearance on Apple TV+ and Apple Music’s Christmas special, A Carpool Karaoke Christmas, where she displayed her enormous engagement ring.
Gaga is seen driving around with host Zane Lowe while wearing a big oval diamond set on a pavé diamond band on her wedding finger. Gaga is engaged to tech investor Michael Polansky. On both hands, the striking piece of jewelry is stacked with numerous additional adorned rings.
On the show, the singer of “Disease” is also seen sporting a black dress in the gothic style, complete with puffy sleeves, a ruffled neckline, long, straight black hair, and a pendant necklace embellished in black.
Gaga announced her engagement to Polansky, 46, in July during her visit to the 2024 Paris Olympics. In a video posted on Attal’s TikTok at that time, the singer presented Polansky as “my fiancé” to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal.
The rumors of engagement for the couple began in April when Gaga was seen sporting a large diamond ring on her hand during an outing in West Hollywood.
Gaga displayed her engagement ring publicly for the first time at the Venice Film Festival on September 2. As she arrived via water taxi, her fiancé accompanied her, proudly displaying her ring to the photographers. The duo subsequently went to the premiere of Gaga’s movie Joker: Folie à Deux at the festival on September 4.
According to Page Six, Gaga’s engagement ring is valued at approximately $1 million.
The Grammy award recipient was initially associated romantically with Polanksy when they were seen kissing at a Las Vegas New Year’s Eve celebration in 2020. The couple validated their relationship weeks later with a public display of affection at the Super Bowl in Miami.
Gaga revealed during her October 1 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that Polansky proposed to her while they “went rock climbing.” She also mentioned that she and her fiancé “talk about going to the courthouse just the two of us and ordering Chinese food” as part of their impending nuptials.
At the film’s September 30 Los Angeles premiere, Gaga talked about Polansky with Users, saying, “I just love my fiancé so much.” My best friend is him. He is my partner, and I believe that everything changes when you are with your best friend.
