Fitness Influencer Miguel Aguilar DEAD at 43 After Shot During L.A. Robbery
Three months ago, a well-known fitness influencer was shot and killed during a robbery in Los Angeles.
Miguel Angel Aguilar, who owns a chain of gyms in So-Cal and several other states and has tens of thousands of followers, died on Saturday.
“We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our founder and CEO, Miguel Angel Aguilar,” his team wrote on Instagram in the wake of the tragic death. Miguel died peacefully on December 21, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones, after a valiant three-month battle after the tragic event that occurred on September 13, 2024.
According to etonightdaily, four men allegedly followed Aguilar home and confronted him in his driveway. Aguilar was shot in the face during the attempted robbery.
Three men have since been taken into custody in Northern California in relation to the shooting and robbery. These three men could be imprisoned for life if found guilty of the charges of murder, attempted robbery, and assault with a firearm.
Miguel was forty-three.
