Blake Lively Sues Justin Baldoni for Sexual Harassment ... Claims of Wild Behavior on Set
Blake Lively has launched a legal battle against Justin Baldoni, her former “It Ends with Us” co-star and director, outlining her claims of sexual harassment and what she says is a concerted attempt to damage her reputation.Baldoni’s team has responded, claiming the accusations are a phony attempt to repair her reputation.
In the lawsuit, which TMZ was able to obtain, she claims that the working environment became so hostile during filming that an all-hands-on-deck meeting was held to address the situation. Blake’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, was one of the guests.
According to her, the lawsuit outlines the demands that were met as a result of Baldni’s actions. Those demands included prohibiting Blake from seeing naked videos or pictures of women, discussing Baldoni’s alleged past “pornography addiction,” discussing sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, mentioning the genitalia of the cast and crew, asking Blake’s weight, and bringing up Blake’s deceased father.

Additionally, “no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex, or on camera climaxing by BL outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project” is demanded.
The lawsuit alleges that although the studio accepted and approved the demands, a major disagreement over the film’s marketing strategy contributed to its eventual failure. Baldoni wanted the focus to be on domestic violence, while Blake wanted a more positive pitch about her character’s tenacity.
Baldoni and company allegedly launched a “social manipulation” campaign to “destroy” Lively’s reputation after that, according to Lively. Baldoni’s publicist texted the studio publicist, saying, “We can’t write we will destroy her,” and that Baldoni “wants to feel like [Ms. Lively] can be buried.” These texts are included in the lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, Lively’s business suffered as a result of the campaign, and her family experienced “severe emotional distress.”
The lawsuit was intended to “fix her negative reputation,” according to Baldoni’s attorney Bryan Freedman, who also called the allegations “false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt.”

After “threatening to not show up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release,” Freedman continues, Lively was a nightmare on set.
This war has been going on for months, as we previously reported, and it involves accusations. Baldoni inquired about Lively’s weight from his trainer. Although Baldoni claims he asked because he had a bad back and was attempting to protect it, she felt it was fat shaming.
