Brandi Glanville Steps Out for First Time Since Dissolving Her Face Filler After 'Parasite' Crisis
Recently, Glanville revealed that she believed she had a “parasite” under her skin.
It feels more like Brandi Glanville herself.
The 52-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently showed her face in public for the first time since she removed her face filler due to her “parasite” crisis and other health issues while attending Twitch streamer Amouranth’s Winter Wonderland birthday party in Burbank, California.
Glanville appeared cheerful and festive in pictures that The Daily Mail exclusively obtained. He was wearing a Santa hat with fur trimmed in animal prints. She accessorized her outfit with knee-high black boots and a furry coat with an animal print that matched her hat. She wore a small black dress.

Glanville’s appearance follows her initial disclosure that she thought she had a “parasite” under her skin, and her subsequent disclosure that she had dissolved all of her face fillers. She posted the most recent health update on X on December 13.
She also talked about Dr. Terry Dubrow of Botched’s public offer to assist with her facial issues.
“There is no drama between me and @DrDubrow.” After Dubrow, 66, talked to TMZ about her health problems, she wrote, “I appreciate all the help I can get🙏.” “Thank you for all the love, we have been in contact and will speak.”
“Every filler that was present in my face has been eliminated. I have seen every top physician at Cedar Sinai as well as every physician they recommended to me💕,” Glanville continued.
Dubrow had previously stated that he thought she was battling an infection rather than a parasite.
Glanville revealed to her fans in July that she had been struggling with a skin disfigurement that she thought was caused by her experience on the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
Alongside the photo of herself on X, the 51-year-old wrote, “This is why I’m miserable and depressed :(.” “I won’t even show you the photo of it sinking in. You will die from stress. How is your wealth? People, please take care of yourself. Bravo. At this point, I couldn’t even work if I wanted to.
She was diagnosed with angioedema last year, which causes her face to swell so much that she is unable to speak or taste food, she revealed to Entertainment Tonight in January. Glanville said, “I would go into anaphylactic shock constantly,” and that this started in August 2023.

When Glanville gave Entertainment Tonight an update on her skin crisis in December 2024, she disclosed that she had spent more than $70,000 attempting to resolve it.
“I’ve spent the entire year taking medication. I’m not a social butterfly,” she continued. “I spend all of my money trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, and I don’t go out.”
Glanville clarified that if she “messes with it,” she can see and feel the unidentified “parasite” move inside her face, appearing on her skin as “tiny bubbles bursting.” She went on to say, “I feel like it’s s—ing or having babies in my face.”
Glanville has attempted to address her concerns in ways other than dissolving her filler. On December 13, she also posted an Instagram picture from a Beverly Hills, California, dentist’s office, expressing gratitude for “helping to bring back my smile.” Her face filler was obviously already gone in the picture. In addition, the reality star was beaming broadly and displayed no outward symptoms of skin deformity.
